Mark Carter joined Schwan’s Company in 2024 as executive vice president and chief supply chain officer. He is responsible for supply chain operations, including manufacturing, logistics, transportation and product fulfillment.

Throughout his career, Mark has accumulated more than two decades of global experience as a supply chain executive. Prior to Schwan’s, he spent 18 years with Unilever, where he most recently served as senior vice president of supply chain for Unilever’s North American ice cream business.

Mark earned a degree in mechanical engineering from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, and obtained a master’s degree in business administration from the university’s Weatherhead School of Management. He is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
