Michael's team supports product development with trend research, gold standard creation, product formulation, recipe development and culinary education. Michael is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology and the Culinary Institute of America.
Prior to Joining Schwan's, Michael was the executive chef at fine dining restaurants in New York, Yellowstone National Park and Colorado.
Michael spends his free time on his farm raising produce for the local farmers market and raising heritage breed Mangalitsa pigs and Bresse chickens.
